Cafeteria make over

As I am sure all of you have noticed, NISC has a new beautiful cafeteria and outdoor noodle bar on campus. Construction was completed just in time for the opening of school and students enjoyed their first meal inside the building. The tables were decorated with graphics designed by our very own senior, Kevin Wu. However, the walls were still a little stark and lacked character. Kevin and a group of art students set out last weekend with brushes and buckets in hand to change this by adding a creative touch to the walls as well. The design is elegant and simple, capturing everyday moments of our students’ school life. Here are some pictures of the work in progress. Thank you to Kevin, Monita, Luis, Raksmey, Amaraa, Sothea, Ms. Anna, and Ms. Kelli for all their help. Keep your eyes open – there are more murals to come!
